Agreement to These Terms

By accessing visionverse.shop, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies published by Verse & Vision LLC.

Do not use the Store if you do not agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to make a purchase.

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for purchases and Store activity completed by a minor under the adult’s supervision.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Order Acceptance

Submitting payment does not guarantee final acceptance of an order.

Verse & Vision LLC may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized resale activity
  • Shipping restrictions

If Verse & Vision LLC cancels a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Order Cancellations

Contact support@visionverse.shop immediately to request cancellation.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after:

  • Processing begins
  • Printing begins
  • Production begins
  • Digital access is delivered
  • Fulfillment begins
  • The order has shipped

Preorder cancellations are governed by the Preorder Policy.

Digital Products

Digital purchases are licensed, not sold outright.

Digital products are subject to the Digital Product and Personal-Use License Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

Customers and visitors may not:

  • Use the Store for an unlawful purpose.
  • Use the Store for a fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with Store operation or security.

  • Other original content

are owned by or licensed to Verse & Vision LLC.

Store content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Accessing the Store does not transfer ownership or provide permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, alter, or commercially use Store content.

Reviews and Submitted Content

When a customer voluntarily submits a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, the customer confirms that:

  • The customer created or has permission to submit it.
  • The content does not violate another person’s rights.
  • The content is not knowingly false or misleading.
  • The content does not contain unlawful or malicious material.

The customer grants Verse & Vision LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display
  • Reproduce
  • Edit for length or formatting
  • Publish
  • Use

the submitted content in connection with the Store, products, marketing, social media, and business operations.

Verse & Vision LLC is not required to publish or retain submitted content.

Third-Party Services and Links

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verse & Vision LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or products.

The total liability of Verse & Vision LLC for a claim involving an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers and visitors agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses resulting from:

  • Unlawful use of the Store
  • Violation of these terms
  • Infringement of another person’s rights
  • Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct

Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Verse & Vision LLC is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:

  • Government actions
  • Labor disruptions
  • Internet outages
  • Carrier interruptions
  • Supplier failure
  • Material shortages
  • Epidemics
  • War
  • Civil disturbances
  • Transportation interruptions

This section does not eliminate obligations to provide legally required notices, refunds, cancellations, or other remedies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without improperly limiting consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes may be brought in an appropriate court located in Harris County, Texas.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure by Verse & Vision LLC to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

Verse & Vision LLC may revise these terms by publishing an updated version on the Store.

Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
